Sunday night delights
Feb. 20th, 2011 08:32 pmGanked from someone on my flist. I can't stop watching. Especially a certain scene involving shirtless Padalecki.
Now, pics of new favorite, SC as Danny on H50 who is doing the whole victorian porn thing with showing us glimpes of his throat or wrist and we (as a fandom) are like 'MMMMMM,' while AOL strips off his shirt almost every other episode.
Not that AOL isn't hot like burning but the part of fandom I hang out in didn't go nuts when we knew he'd be shirtless. But when we found out Danny would be shirtless for the first time, we all gasped and swooned and reached for our smelling salts. Or at least I did.

This show is still at a good solid 2 on my hoyay meter. To become number 1, they have to beat what I call my Sentinel scale of hoyay. I measure all slashy shows by this scale. To beat The Sentinel, the Steve and Danny must move in together. After that, they'll be number one.
Finally saw Inception. I'm thinking this is the first movie that I really just wanted to see so I could dive into all the fic. No, wait. I might be remembering that wrong but I do love Arthur and Eames.

Long time no post and various TV babbling
Dec. 29th, 2010 02:51 amSo, Christmas was good. I got seasons one and two of Dollhouse so I can now watch Helo and Faith be all sexy and stuff. And November! And Alpha! Damn Fox.
I got hubby seasone one of The Big Bang Theory since we just started watching this year.
Watched the Dr Who Christmas story. I liked it and Eleven was okay. I'll need to catch up on the last season's episodes. Next Season looks interesting.
Oh! I'm late with this but here is a link to my one 'i will have to get off work early and go watch' 2011 movie. I love fast cars, hot guys and then they had to go and add The Rock. It's like they were reading my mind. I cannot wait till Furious Five or whatever they decide to name it comes out. I already see a Vin VS The Rock magazine cover in my future.
I bought the Pitch Black trilogy or Chronicles of Riddick Trilogy as a Christmas present to myself a few weeks ago. I love Pitch Black so much and Vin as Riddick made that whole film. The animated sequel was okay. The Chronicles of Riddick is okay. Could have been better. I need to find a fanfic titled 'Riddick's Bitch' which was an outstanding sequel to Pitch Black told partly from Jack's POV.

Since I'm not getting urges to write tons of H50 fic I am trying to finish some WIPs. I have like a page of my losers mini bang to do and i'll be done. Then I have a few other loser fics I need to finish.
Anyone up to beta'ing a losers au fic? It's not dark but it's not light either. It's about 5,500 words.
Dear TV scheduling people: Plese stop scheduling every show I want to see in 2011 on Tuesday. I have NCIS, NCIS: LA, No Ordinary Family, V, and Southland. Wednesday is good. I only have Justified(I think) since there will be no more shirtless Boris on my TV.
Me and SPN have parted ways with the agreement that I might rewatch my S1 and S2 DVD's in the future and if I catch S3 and 4 on reruns that's cool, but that'll be about it. I stopped midway through S5 and just am not interested anymore. Oh and RPS and me are still buddy buddy. But ( this ) is almost enough to make me watch again. I found it on Pervygirl's tumblr and have spent many a delightful hour making up stories with chat friends about it.

I really want to talk and talk about last night's ep and stuff from the previous eps that make my heart pitter patter but i'll try to form more sentences than 'did that just happen?' and 'they are in love love love' and 'when are steve and danny going to get naked up on this show?'
I want to start a write in campaign so Scott Caan can get equal shirtless time.
I may have put Scott Caan's photo book on my Christmas list. Gahh, I am so hooked.

I vaguely remember the original series. I rememember the theme song, and the wave, and some guy that looked pissed.
Chin is played by Daniel Dae Kim and seeing him ride around on his motorcyle is not to be missed. Hot does not describe it adequately. Kono is actually a cylon and near the end of the first season she will die only to be replaced by one of her many copies. (sorry, i loved boomer so hard on BSG and she will always be boomer to me. She was boomer on the show with Benjamin Bratt where she was a sex addict or something)
