Heh, I had dream about the Winchesters earlier. Something about a dorm and I and the other RA's were getting it ready for occupancy. I'd say I need to stop watching so much SPN but I'm almost done! Then I have a few I want to watch again.
Everybody Loves a Clown- I had to decide whether or not to watch this episode at 3 in the morning. I did and it was very scary but once you see Pennywise from Stephen King's 'IT' and the clown from 'Poltergeist' a few times, other clowns cannot compare.
I did find it freaky that the clown followed the family home and then stood in the yard until the kid let them in. I like the idea of the roadhouse. Liked Ellen. Jo,ehhh. Oh and Ash, I liked him. I knew like him back in high school. They all listened to heavy metal and looked like pot heads but they were all in the advanced classes.
Bloodlust- Hmm, I liked Gordon though I could see he was a little off the beam. So could Sam. Loved Ellen's comparison, "And Hannibal Lecter was a good psychologist." Heh. Wow, intense Dean was hot. The blood on his face was hot too. And Sam's worried face.
I find it interesting that Dean and Gordon were a lot alike but Dean hadn't yet crossed some lines Gordon left behind a long time ago. I wondered when I started watching this show if they'd show some people affected by hunting or by being victims. Something about that saying, "When you look into the darkness, it looks into you." Whee, more Sam rescuing.
Children shouldn't play with dead things- Awww, poor hurty Dean. And Sam trying to help. Hmm, I like this Dean that seems to be teetering on the edge. He needs cookies and milk. And wow, the intense look is back on Dean's face as he stakes the girl back into the coffin. You were trying to convince the wrong person you were human, sweetie.
Simon Said- I think I'd heard about Dean giving the Impala away back when this first aired. Oh this was so funny. Loved that of course it didn't work on Sam and how Dean couldn't stop talking. Also his love for the guys van. Dean is such a dork sometimes. Loved the end with Dean saying, "Be good, or we'll be back."
No Exit- Wow, Jo wants to be a hunter. How did I not see that coming? She annoys me. I think it's because she expected Dean to hit on her when they first met and even after learning that his dad just died, still had a look on her face like she expected him to give her a line or two. Or maybe that she expects everyone to want her.
That place she was trapped in was creepy. Loved Ellen coming out and then all of them having to drive back. Then we get the big reveal about the dads working together and how that resulted in Jo's dad's death.
The Usual Suspects- I loved this episode. Loved Dean and Sam figuring out stuff at the same time while in different rooms. Poor Detective lady. I could tell your partner's scummy from a mile away. Loved both of them calling the lawyer, Matlock.
Ha! And then Dean's code to Sam telling him to escape. The little tidbit at the end about the detective looking familiar and pea soup made me laugh. I'm easy to please.
I've been reading fanfic which of course has brought me into a fandom before, where I hadn't seen any or a lot of the eps. Hell, I still haven't seen one episode of Due South but I was knocking back DS fic like whiskey a year or two ago.
There are some very creative people out there. Now I'm paying attention to spoilers so I want read something in a story that may spoil me though I know how season two ends.
I didn't care before, but now I'm like, "Wait! I'll read it in a few days."
